Have found then to be reliable and accurate beyond others I had tried. I have been using TomTom devices for many years. They obviously feel this is a dying technology/business and are only going through the motions. TomTom support is a joke as they are only available M-F from 9:30am - 6pm Eastern (great if you don’t also have to work and can spend time on the phone while they try and figure things out). The hardware is solid, but without the real-time traffic it’s just a fancy map. This works for anywhere from a couple days to a month and then you have to start all over again! The only way to get it working again is to factory reset the device, uninstall everything on the phone and setup from scratch. My iPhone 8 reports it is NOT connected to my GO 520 and MyDrive app agrees, however the device says it’s connected to my phone. Real time traffic works less the 50% of the time. Update: If I could give this app negative stars it would be well warranted.
